From Kimball in USA:
Surprisingly, this binocular is very hand holdable for a short while, I find, largely due to its ergonomics and its light weight considering its power, but still having some heft for steadiness. (I have an astronomical 15x70 that weighs significantly more than double what this one does.) Bracing your elbows on something helps for more extended viewing.
The views are up close, sharp, contrasty, surprisingly bright and have typically good Nikon color saturation, more than is usual for Nikon's high end binoculars. Focusing is fairly easy with the focus knob bordering on a bit stiff as is typical of larger binoculars. The 25 year no fault warranty is good as well. The case and straps work fine, as does the rainguard.
